Refund policy
Returns
We will gladly accept returns 7 days from your delivery date for unworn and unwashed merchandise. you will be given the choice of an exchange, full refund or store credit which can be used towards a future purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. NO CLEARANCE ITEMS, GIFT CARDS, BODYSUITS or SWIMWEAR will be accepted.
Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels or pay for return shipping fees.
To start a return, contact us at nrdesigns.co@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We offer easy exchanges. You can exchange your item for the same item in another size seamlessly, or exchange your product for a completely new item of your choice. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product is not 100% perfect we will offer you a full refund or replacement. You can email our Customer Care team at any time at nrdesigns.co@gmail.com.
Non-returnable items
All clearance items are considered final sale and ineligible for a refund or return.
All gift cards, gift boxes, scrunchies, bonnets, hats, and scarves are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be sent notification of your full refund or store credit via email.
